BIG Dashboard Updates
Brace yourselves, we've got a lot of new Dashboard functionality to talk about. Here's a summary of what we've released in the past couple of months:
Multiple Dashboards — create as many dashboards as you need and easily switch between them
Dashboard Customisation — add, remove, and change the position of dashboard widgets to complete control your layout
Individual Widget Customisation — change time periods, users, teams, and metric(s) that are shown in your widgets
Global Filters — override the time period, users, or teams for widgets on your dashboard in just a few clicks
Large Target & Activity Widgets — large versions of the target and activity widgets to the dashboard
New Competition Widgets — larger versions of the target and activity widgets are now available to spotlight key metrics
+ tons of small tweaks to make your experience even better
This feature is in beta and part of our Labs program , which means we're still actively making improvements to it — be kind to us & give us feedback
Improvements
As always we've not only been focusing on flagship or new features, we've continued to improve in other areas too. Here's a summary of what's happened:

Target Templates
We have been working hard to make setting targets faster for you, and today we are introducing Target Templates, a feature that we believe will be the highlight of the target-setting experience.
Do you find yourself setting similar targets on a monthly/quarterly basis or when a new starter joins? Target Templates can help you save some time! This feature allows you to save a set of targets to a template that can be easily reused later with just a couple of clicks.
Now that's efficiency 
New Dashboard (Beta)
You asked and we listened! We're working on a brand new customisable dashboard to help you personalise your dashboard with the metrics you care about seeing (coming soon) 
The new dashboard is currently in beta and is being released under a new program we're launching called OneUp Labs. In the current dashboard beta, you'll see a new look & feel alongside some improvements to the existing dashboard. More widget customisation options coming very soon...
Give the new Dashboard a try by clicking the 'Try the new Dashboard' button in the top right of the dashboard. Be sure to leave us feedback via the 'Feedback' button in the nav bar

Replay TV Flashes
Missed a TV flash whilst making a brew

Not a problem — it's now easy to replay any missed TV flashes from the Trigger Log, located under Automation in the navigation bar.
The trigger log will show you any TV flash that fired within the last 90 days.
Improvements
As always we've been working hard on a whole range of improvements to the product alongside building the shiny new stuff — here's a summary of the highlights:

Custom Target Boundaries
Now, not only can you create targets at lightning speed, but you can also customise when red, amber and green show for targets across the entire platform 
Whether your team is motivated by hitting green at 80% or you prefer to raise the bar higher and wait for 100% — the choice is yours!
To customise your target boundaries simply head over to the "Target Boundaries" section in your Organization Settings, located on the Settings page.
Rolling Metrics On The TV
Rolling metrics is a powerful type of metric providing you with real-time visibility into the value of your metrics. Until now, they were only available through our web app — but not anymore! We're breaking free from computer screens and bringing rolling metrics straight to your television!
For teams that rely on rolling metrics to stay informed and accountable, this is a dream come true! Rolling metrics are available on bar charts, performance matrices and metric leaderboards.
Refreshed Navigation
Say goodbye to the vertical sidebar and hello to a sleek horizontal navigation bar. Enjoy more horizontal screen space, perfect for smaller screens.
Not only does it look stunning, but we've also reorganized the navigation options into intuitive categories:

Improvements
As always we've been working hard on a whole range of improvements to the product alongside building the shiny new stuff — here's a summary of the highlights:

We skipped a release summary in May because we're working hard on some very exciting features which will be released in the June release.
As always — we're always working on smaller improvements and fixes alongside our larger feature releases. This month we just didn't feel we had enough to shout about. June will definitely make up for that 
April
Data Access Control
With Data Access, you can now have finite control over who sees whose data on the platform. This feature is perfect for teams spread across different locations who need to limit access to data between those locations.
Data Access can be configured from the Teams page on a per-team basis, giving you greater flexibility and control. As a result, the data shown on the Dashboard, Matrix, Leaderboard, and Matrix exports from Automation will be adjusted to meet your data access level.
Our goal is to make sales team management easier and more efficient for you, and we believe that Data Access is a huge step in that direction. If you'd like to learn more about this feature, you can read more on our help centre .
Teams V2
We've completely rebuilt our Teams page from the ground up to make it even simpler and easier to use for sales team management.
With this rebuild, we're introducing a brand new feature: the ability to set managers for Teams. Now, it's clear who owns a team, and you can assign one or multiple managers to each team. Each manager can also choose to contribute their data to the team's overall data.
Additionally, we've made it easy to manage our Data Access feature right from the Teams page.
Targets V2 (Beta)
Introducing Targets V2 (Beta) - the streamlined solution to assigning targets for your sales team. Our new and improved target system makes it simple to visualise targets for users across multiple metrics simultaneously.
We'll be rolling out the new beta experience over the coming weeks. Keep an eye out for a new Targets (Beta) option in the sidebar and the 'Try Targets V2' button on the old Targets page.

Custom Per-Trigger anthems
Would you like to be able to set a distinct sound for each of your TV celebrations? Well, we've got you covered! With our new custom anthems, you'll be able to differentiate between a deal and an interview arranged based purely on sound, so the team will recognise what's being celebrated even if they're in the kitchen making a cup of tea 
The TV Flash configuration now supports the ability to upload a custom anthem for each trigger allowing you to fill your office with sound
Finer control over Matrix views
To improve the security of your Matrix views we've introduced a brand new concept, view owners. To modify a Matrix view you must be the owner of the view. You can still create new versions of existing views by clicking the save icon.
If you need to be made the owner of a view just contact our support team. We've got something in the works to make this process easier — keep your eyes peeled 
Observers on the Leaderboard
We often encounter the scenario where an individual contributor becomes a manager so they're converted into an observer on the platform (congrats to the new manager )
)
However, we don't want to forget about all the good work they've done in the past... that's why we now show observers on the leaderboard when they've got performance in the time period selected.
Reminder: observer users cannot have data recorded against them from the moment they're made an observer.
Daily Digest Emails Support Timezones
As we've grown we've had to accommodate customers from all over the world 
With this comes the requirement for supporting different timezones. Previously our Daily Digest emails were sent out at 7 am GMT+0. This wasn't ideal for customers based in different time zones, so we've fixed it!
Daily Digest emails will now be sent at 8 am in the timezone configured on the user's settings page.

TV Flashes 2.0
We've given our much-loved TV Flash a brand new look & feel, packed with animated confetti so that you can celebrate the special moments in style
But that's not all!
We've also added the ability to include additional information on your TV triggers! Things like the candidate name, client and value of a deal can now pop up on the screen as part of the celebration. This has been a hugely popular request over the last couple of years, so we're super excited that it's finally here!
Your TV flashes will have automatically switched over to the new look & feel, so there will be no disruption to your current setup if you're happy with what you've got.

Roles & Permissions
We felt that our Roles & Permissions page deserved a little TLC after all these years. It now has a new home that can be accessed from your users page, making it super easy to add new users, assign teams and now edit permissions all from one place! We've also made a few nice improvements to make your life a little easier:

To round off the year we spent the month working on a ton of bugs and improvements across the platform with an aim of improving your overall experience. Will you be able to spot any of them?

We have some BIG stuff planned in the next year which is why we've spent November making improvements and laying the groundwork to set us up for the new year. We'll be kicking 2023 off with a revamp of our existing targets system with an emphasis on making it lightning fast to set targets at scale

Set the maximum number of leaderboard entries to show
The TV leaderboards can now be configured to show a maximum number of entries on a slide making it perfect for highlighting the people at the top of a leaderboard. This setting can be configured from the slideshows configuration on OneUp.

Filter leaderboard entries
Keeping your staff motivated is important, however, it's equally important to avoid demotivating them at the same time. That's why we've made it possible to hide entries on the leaderboard that have 0 performance. Just select the filter from the action bar, and we'll remember this setting for you so that you don't have to enable it every time.
Team & Company Dashboard
Team & company dashboards enable you to see how the business is performing from the individual level all the way up to the company level. Select users, teams or the company as a whole and keep your finger on the pulse.

Export your leaderboard as an image
Fancy sharing the leaderboard around in an email or on your socials? Now you can do it with ease by exporting the leaderboard straight from OneUp. Head to your leaderboard and click the export button to download it as an image.
View all integration accounts
We've made it super easy to understand the integration accounts that are connected to your OneUp users with the brand new All Integration Accounts modal. You can launch this modal from the users page by pressing the button 'View All Integration Accounts' in the top right of the page.

🎖️ Leaderboard Beta Launched
Motivation is the key to success in a sales team, what better way to do it than with a classic leaderboard format? In a complete rebuild from the ground up our new leaderboard page features the brand new ability to rank people against their % completion against the target. This is a brilliant addition to help level the playing field and gives junior members of staff a chance to compete against the old-timers.
Targets Clamped When User Deleted
Got somebody leaving the company? You no longer have to worry about removing their targets before you remove them from OneUp. When you delete a user we will automatically clamp all their targets to the date you deleted the user. Now that's peace of mind 
Monday - Sunday Working Week
Do you work all week every week? We hope not, but perhaps that's the way you report. We've now extended working week support to cover Monday to Sunday. Head over to your settings to use the new option!
